Tooliqa processes personal data (as such term is defined under the American Law) which it collects in the course of providing the services in accordance with its standard Privacy Policy which is accessible on the Website. The User and Tooliqa shall comply with the relevant Law and all other successor legislation and regulations in the performance of the obligations set out under these Terms.
Customer terms of service - age bar, distinction between enterprise & non-enterprise/ individual.
In order to use the Services, the Customer shall first be required to register with Tooliqa either by completing the online registration form on the product website (“twinn.pro”) or signing a contractual agreement with Tooliqa. The terms of online registration are subject to these Terms of Service and any contractual agreement between Customer and Tooliqa. Customers must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which Customer resides or from which Customer uses Services. Customer must provide all required information including full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the registration. Tooliqa reserves the right to conduct verification and security procedures in respect of all information provided by the Customer to Twinn.
At any time upon notice to the Customer, and at Tooliqa’s sole discretion, Tooliqa may require the Customer to execute or provide further documents to confirm the Customer’s registration and use of the Services.
Access to the Website is open to the public but access to Services may be granted to the Customer on a trial basis (“Trial”) according to the terms described in these Customer Terms of Service. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that during the Trial, these Terms of Service shall apply, including the following specific terms:
Unless otherwise explicitly stated by Tooliqa, and aside from the information entered during the registration process, Tooliqa does not vet, verify the accuracy, correctness and completeness, edit or modify any material submitted by Customer, or any other information, data and materials created, used and/or published by the Customer on the Website (the “Customer Submission”), to determine whether such Customer Submission may result in any liability to any third party. The Customer hereby warrants that the Customer has the right to use all such information and material and Tooliqa disclaims any representations made as to any Customer Submissions.
Tooliqa reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to refuse to publish any material submitted by the Customer. Tooliqa may remove or edit a Customer Submission, if Tooliqa determines in its sole discretion that the Customer’s use of the Services and/or the Website breaches these Terms of Service.
The Customer warrants that the Customer owns or has the right or license to use the intellectual property rights in any Customer Submission, and all information and materials provided by the Customer to Tooliqa that is not a Customer Submission.
By registering an account at Tooliqa (free or paid) you're giving us your permission to send email notifications to the email address that you have specified upon registration.
These email notifications may include updates to Tooliqa’s toolset, tips and tutorials on using Tooliqa’s Products, and system messages.
You're also given an option to subscribe to promotional offers and weekly updates from Tooliqa’s blog, which is not obligatory for completing the registration process. Please be advised that you can opt-out from any of these optional emails any time by using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link that is included at the bottom of each email that we send you.
We may send messages or emails via our own mailing service or via a third party service like MailChimp, Sendgrid or Intercom.
Customers who directly subscribed and paid on the Website may terminate their contract by cancelling their subscription on the Website at any time by following the prompts in the Customer’s online account or by contacting customer support. All fees are non-refundable.
Tooliqa may, at its sole discretion, suspend and/or terminate the Customer’s access and use of the Website and/or the Services:
If Tooliqa has reason to believe that the information provided by the Customer to register and use any of the Services breaches or is likely to breach any of the provision in these Terms, Tooliqa at its sole discretion may take any action that it deems appropriate including, without limitation, to terminate the Customer’s Contract.
Upon termination of the Customer’s Contract in accordance with these Terms of Service or otherwise, the Customer may no longer access or use the Services and the Website.
